Sat July 9 '22 was the hottest temps for a track day I've ever experienced in 25+ years of driving events in Colorado (high 90s to mid 100s, felt like closer to 110). Given the conditions, I guess I have to accept that my best lap time this year (1:39.232 by NASA's official AMB transponder-based timing; my TrackAddict phone timing app said 1:39.248) being essentially the same as the last time I drove at Pueblo on R-comps with much better conditions (May 22 2021, 1:39.28) is an "improvement." I was still really disappointed to not be able to crack into the high 1:37s or even the 1:38s in my F80 M3 though. I was running Goodyear F1 Supercar 3R 305/30-19 square this time.
