997.1 Turbo

Notes

The Porsche 911 Turbo (997.1) represents the first generation of the 997-chassis Turbo, produced from 2006 to 2009. Powered by a twin-turbocharged 3.6-liter flat-six engine producing 480 horsepower and 460 lb-ft of torque, it accelerates from 0-60 mph in 3.7 seconds. The all-wheel-drive system with Porsche Traction Management (PTM) provides exceptional grip in all conditions.

Standard features include variable turbine geometry (VTG) turbochargers, PASM active suspension, and massive 350mm front and 350mm rear cross-drilled ceramic composite brakes. The 997.1 Turbo introduced a wider body with flared fenders, distinctive LED taillights, and an adaptive rear spoiler. Available with either six-speed manual or five-speed Tiptronic S automatic transmission, the 997.1 Turbo established new benchmarks for usable supercar performance and all-weather capability.
