2020 GT4 running Nankang AR-1 (quite worn, nearing end of life, maybe 1 or 2 more track days). My cup2 were heat cycled and hard as rocks the day before. And hoosiers are on back order. A couple big mistakes but still got a PB so plenty time left on the table. at the carousel some how over slowed on entry and went into second gear when i should have been in 3rd. at the bus stop I nearly missed the concrete a lost traction trying to make it. Im still not fully comfortable on this track especially the fiddly bits on the back side so i think there is a lot of time to gain here.
this was a NASA event with lots of racing as well as HPDE. I was HPDE 3. Cool and sunny conditions after previous day cold and damp a welcome change made for a fast track.
