The Alfa Romeo does not let you turn TC off unless you program Race mode off a Quadrifoglio (QV). So I am stuck with having to fight traction control and throttle cuts. It makes for driving the car on track a challenge but also teaches you that you must be smooth or you'll upset the car which will destroy your lap times.
