Finally got myself out of the 39s. Optimal lap shows the car can do even better. Good to finally see some improvement after installing Miataspeed FPSpecs this year. Other car details: ND1 with stock powertrain, Progress sway bars, Falken RT660 (215/45 on 16x8 RPF1s). Thanks to PCA Schattenbaum!
