I did my home work by watching Ross and Peter's virtual track walk and Joe's 1:34. My goal was breaking 1:40, which came pretty easy during my the first session. Ended up with a PB of 1:37.34, but frustrated I couldn't get a clean lap because the predictive time was sometimes dipping into the mid 1:36s but I'd hit traffic.
