Back on track at the CMS Roval thanks to Track Night In America's Run/Work Program. Big thanks to them for letting me run in exchange for working the event. This makes seat time incredibly affordable.
This was our second time at the Roval and I was pushing to beat my personal best from when the Miata was in E-Street trim, a 1:50.73. My goal going into the last session of the night was to try to get as close as I could to shaving 3 seconds off my PB. This was done on my third lap. Which was also one of the only laps where I didn't have to give a point by and was able to work on my line and push a bit.
Overall car felt great with the aero, chassis bracing, hardtop and updated MM spoiler, but there is a lot of room to improve and time to make up. I also really need more power than what my stock NA6 engine currently puts out.
