This car absolutely flies. I just joined the “40s Club” with a personal best of 1:48.5 in my 2025 GT4 RS.

The “only” mods are a full Soul exhaust, a DSC controller, and a maxed-out OEM suspension. I’m running Dunlop Sport Maxx Race 2s for the track and use a TorcUp torque gun to swap between my track and street setups. Once I burn through these tires, I’m likely switching to Nankangs or Vitours.

This was only my third track day in the GT4 RS, and I’ve got around 10 more lined up this season. My goal is to break into the 1:45s. Now that I’ve dialed in the lines and have a better feel for the track, I’m planning to start poring over data to find where I’m leaving time on the table.

This car is a total machine—and to me, it’s the definition of a true sports car. It has just enough tech to be modern, but it still feels analog, raw, and demands that you drive it. It’s the perfect tool to sharpen my craft and grow in this fun (and wildly addictive) hobby.

And yeah… nothing sounds quite like it.
