The Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor (CVPI) Mk2, produced from 2003 to 2011, is a full-size sedan designed specifically for law enforcement, government, and fleet use. It is powered by a 4.6-liter Modular V8 engine producing 239 hp and 287 lb-ft of torque, paired with a 4-speed automatic transmission. Built on the Panther platform, it features a body-on-frame design, providing durability, ease of repair, and resistance to heavy-duty use.
The Mk2 received significant upgrades over the previous model, including improved suspension for better handling, upgraded brakes, and a reinforced chassis.
