The first Infinite Time Attack event of 2021 was held on a surprisingly un-hot summer night at Wanneroo Raceway in Perth, Western Australia. Good chance to test out my new suspension and brakes on the track, but it took a while for me to get my head back into circuit driving. Early indications are that the car has much less of a tendency to understeer mid corner, but I need to refine the setup and improve my lines/approach to stop washing out on corner exit. A high 67 on fairly flogged tyres is a good start, as the weather improves and my driving improves I think a 66 is well within reach (current PB is 67.1 in perfect track conditions).
