This is the private race track in Palm SPrings called "Thermal Club". This is one of many configurations but the longest. This is a Pirelli Drivers Cup event with Driver Sean McAlister in his 991.1 going up against a couple drivers in 991.2s with 50 more HP. And yes, he gets the pass done on one of them near the end of the 3rd lap.
