Join Jason West for an exhilarating onboard experience from the second race of the Classic Touring Cars Thunder Saloons 2023 season at a wet and cold Silverstone Grand Prix Circuit. Despite challenging conditions, including poor visibility from spray and significant closing speed differences with backmarkers, Jason secured a win with a fastest lap of 2:28.17.

The race was marked by extremely wet conditions, making tire management and precise driving crucial. Jason notes the difficulty in generating front-end heat in the wet, leading to understeer, but also highlights improved drive thanks to recent setup changes.
