The Chevrolet Corvette C8 Z06 is a high-performance version of the mid-engine Corvette, engineered for track prowess and everyday usability. At its heart is a 5.5-liter naturally aspirated flat-plane crank V8, known as the LT6, which produces an astonishing 670 hp and 460 lb-ft of torque. This makes it the most powerful naturally aspirated V8 in a production car. The engine's high-revving character, with a redline of 8,600 rpm, delivers a thrilling soundtrack and exceptional performance. Paired with an 8-speed dual-clutch transmission, the Z06 accelerates with incredible precision, reaching 60 mph in just 2.6 seconds.
Beyond its powertrain, the C8 Z06 features an aggressive aerodynamic package, including a prominent rear wing and front splitter, which provide increased downforce for improved handling. The Z06 also boasts a wider track and upgraded suspension components for enhanced cornering ability.
