This video captures a new SCCA T4 track record set at Heartland Motorsports Park in May 2022. The driver achieved their first track record at this fast and enjoyable circuit, benefiting from excellent conditions with temperatures in the upper 60s.

Despite encountering significant traffic due to a combined group, the driver managed to find clean sections to execute a remarkable lap. The initial record was broken on Saturday, and then improved upon by nearly half a second on Sunday. This particular lap was likely the final attempt of the weekend as the tires were degrading, making the successful outcome even more satisfying.
