Footage of one of my quicker laps from the MX-5 Club Interstate Challenge at Sydney Motorsport Park (South Circuit). Ended up with a class lap record of 1:09.1020 which I unfortunately was not recording however, this lap was pretty close. The Interstate Challenge was a fantastic event (particularly given my Clubs victory against New South Wales) and I was extremely pleased with my personal result having never driven on the track before. It was also a great feeling to take a class win away from NSW and contribute to my teams overall success on the day. I spent a lot of time studying the track prior to the event and I think this showed on the day. My review and write up of the event should follow soon.
