It is a design by Colin Chapman, assembled in Northfolk, England, between 2009 and 2011. This British roadster goes from 0-60 MPH in only 3.5 Secs, reaching a top speed of 149 MPH, way beyond the expectations for a vehicle under 70,000 dollars.
