Built by MEK Automotive, this is a “Spoonless” Honda Civic Type R FL5. Why Spoonless? Because it doesn't have any parts made by Spoon! So far it's been fitted with a full intake and exhaust, Nitron 3-Way Suspension, and produces 360 hp at the wheels 502 Nm of torque.
833 Racing Team Singapore brought it out to the Clark International Speedway (CIS) only for a test with Don Pastor at the wheel. Raceform also tuned the alignment, corner weight balancing, and suspension tuning. And by the day's end, Don managed to set a time of 2:06.15.
But the team claims that they're still not done with the car's development. More upgrades are coming and expect this Civic Type R to get a lot closer to the 2-minute mark.
