This was a weird session as I had a flat tire on the out lap. I don't know what the cause was but it ruined the front right tire. I came into the pits, the crew put on a scrubbed tire for me, and sent me back out. 

4th fastest lap, 0.007s behind P3. 

If the AIM is to be believed, I have another second in the car.
