My first time at Spa-Francorchamps — what an absolutely legendary circuit. I’ve driven on plenty of great tracks, but this one is on another level. The elevation changes, the flowing corners, and iconic sections like Eau Rouge and Raidillon make it feel like a roller coaster built for petrolheads. With its 7 km per lap, each run feels endless in the best possible way — like living inside a high-speed dream.

We had a great day in November, with mild 15-degree temps and a few wet patches in the morning. By the afternoon session (the one you see in this video), the surface had dried enough for me to bolt on a set of full slicks. We also experimented with different exhaust setups to check if we could stay within Spa’s strict noise limits.

This lap turned out to be my best of the day — an ideal of 2:37.2. The massive elevation shifts really push the standard ABS to its limits under hard braking, especially into corners like La Source and Les Combes. Over the winter, we’re planni...
