Experience a thrilling lap in the West WR1000 at Pheasant Wood Circuit, Marulan NSW, during Round 3 of the 2023 Motorsport Australia NSW Super Sprint Championship. Despite this being my first time driving on the circuit, I managed to secure 3rd place outright and 1st in class 1S with a best lap time of 0:55.833.

The day was chilly, around 6 degrees Celsius with an icy wind, making it challenging to get the front tyres up to temperature. This led to some initial struggles with turn-in, prompting me to let a Ginetta G55 time attack car pass. The new mirrors, however, proved effective in managing traffic. This particular lap showcases the intense competition as I navigated the circuit and caught up to backmarkers.
