Experience the "Grip vs Drift" exhibition race from the cockpit of Terry Fair's Vorshlag TT3 Mustang GT. This event, part of the Lone Star Drift weekend on June 29, 2014, took place on the 1.1-mile Texas Motor Speedway Infield road course.

Originally planned as a 5-lap battle between road racers and drifters, the race extended to 10 laps. Despite challenging conditions with 98°F ambient temperatures and hot rear tires, Terry Fair achieved a best lap time of 0:39.490. The video captures the intense competition, strategic braking, and the driver's efforts to manage engine temperatures while pushing the car to its limits.

The Mustang's setup included MCS RR2, Vorshlag Plates, Whiteline, 800F/350R springs, and an AJ Hartman wing, running on 335F/345R Hoosier A6 tires on 18x12" F14 wheels.
