A supercar is meant for so much more than car shows and weekend cruises. Here's a look back at my favorite laps from the 2019 spring track season.
#3) Pocono Raceway- This was my last track event of the year, and also the first time my mom was able to see me drive the McLaren on track. This car was an absolute bullet, nearly hitting 170mph on the back straight.
#2) NJMP Thunderbolt- This wasn't my fastest lap, but it was my favorite because I had the opportunity to drive with and chase down a fellow young driver in his Lamborghini Huracan Performante. It was a joy to be able to drive on track with another capable supercar, and with my dad in the passenger seat.
#1) Circuit of The Americas- This is probably the greatest new track in North America, and possibly the best new track in the world. This wasn't my fastest lap around the track, but it was enjoyable because my dad joined me on this trip from PA to Austin and he was able to ride in the passenger seat for this session.
All laps were on Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires.
