2013: The Viper GTS was reintroduced, featuring an 8.4-liter V10 engine producing 640 hp and 600 lb-ft of torque. It offered a more refined interior with leather upholstery, advanced infotainment systems, and a dual-mode suspension system for improved ride comfort and handling.
2014: Dodge introduced the Time Attack (TA) package, focusing on track performance with enhanced aerodynamics and suspension tuning. The GTS model remained largely unchanged but benefited from the overall improvements in the Viper lineup.
2015: The Viper GTS received a power increase to 645 hp. Dodge also launched the 1 of 1 customization program, allowing buyers to personalize their vehicles with a vast array of color and trim options.
2016: The GTS-R Commemorative Edition ACR was introduced, paying homage to the 1998 Viper GTS-R GT2 Championship car. Limited to 100 units, it featured unique exterior graphics and aerodynamic enhancements.
2017: In its final production year, the Viper GTS saw the release of several special editions, including the Viper 1:28 Edition ACR, commemorating the Viper's record-setting lap time at Laguna Seca. Production concluded this year, marking the end of the Viper's production run.
