The McLaren 570S GT4 is a customer racing car developed by McLaren Customer Racing (in partnership with CRS Racing) for global GT4 competition, based on McLaren's Sports Series 570S supercar. The GT4 features McLaren's M838TE twin-turbocharged 3.8-liter V8 engine producing approximately 561 horsepower (de-tuned from road car's output to meet GT4 regulations), paired with a seven-speed seamless shift gearbox (SSG) with paddle shifters. The mid-engine, carbon fiber MonoCell II chassis provides exceptional rigidity and safety while maintaining low weight.
The 570S GT4 includes comprehensive racing modifications: FIA-certified roll cage integrated with MonoCell structure, carbon fiber bodywork with GT4-spec aerodynamics including large adjustable rear wing and front splitter, racing suspension with adjustable dampers and anti-roll bars, limited-slip differential, racing brake system with ABS and GT4-spec calipers, center-lock wheels, and sophisticated data acquisition. Weighing approximately 3,439 pounds per GT4 minimum weight, the car achieves exceptional performance through McLaren's racing expertise and supercar-derived engineering.
