Exige Cup 380

Notes

The Lotus Exige Cup 380 is a hardcore racing version of the original Sport 380, featuring better aerodynamic components such as a larger rear wing that increases downforce at high speeds. It's a design by Julian Thompsom, assembled in Northfolk, England, from 2016 onwards. This magnificent sports car packs a supercharged 3.5L V6 375Hp engine with a 6-speed manual gearbox. It includes LED headlights and polycarbonate backlight glass to ensure safety and comfort under any atmospheric condition. The car reaches a maximum speed of 175Mph, running from 0-60Mph in 3.4 seconds.

The unique features of this Lotus Exige Cup 380 variant include a carbon fiber front splitter and rear wing, with rear parking sensors and a lightweight full carbon fiber tailgate panel. It runs with lightweight forged alloy 17 and 18-inch wheels with 215/45R17 and 285/35R18 Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires. The support of the chassis works with a standard, fully independent, double-wishbone suspension with an adjustable front and rear anti-roll bar. The AP Racing system featuring high-performance grooved brake discs provides the stopping power for the vehicle. The Alcantara steering wheel, sports seats, and an Alcantara dashboard come included for a more luxurious interior finish. The Lotus Exige Cup 380 comes with a 128,000 dollar price tag, an attractive option for worldwide experts of high-end racing cars.

YEAR NOTES

2017: The Exige Cup 380 debuted as a high-performance, lightweight version of the Exige, designed for both road and track use. It featured a 3.5-liter supercharged V6 engine producing 375 horsepower and 302 lb-ft of torque, paired with a 6-speed manual transmission. Lotus focused on weight reduction, achieving a dry weight of around 2,330 pounds by using carbon fiber components for the front splitter, rear wing, side intakes, and rear diffuser. The Cup 380 also came with adjustable Nitron dampers, Eibach anti-roll bars, and an aerodynamic package capable of generating 440 pounds of downforce at its top speed of 175 mph. Limited to only 60 units, the Exige Cup 380 was a rare and exclusive model for enthusiasts seeking extreme performance.
2018: Production continued with no significant changes, as Lotus kept the focus on the car’s original track-oriented design. The 2018 model retained its aggressive aerodynamics, lightweight construction, and high-performance V6 engine. The limited production numbers ensured the Exige Cup 380’s exclusivity and appeal among collectors and track enthusiasts.
