Notes
The Nova Proto NP02 is a closed-cockpit sports prototype designed for endurance racing, featuring a lightweight carbon fiber chassis and a naturally aspirated 5.0-liter Ford Coyote V8 engine producing 460 horsepower. It uses a 6-speed Sadev sequential gearbox with paddle shifters, double wishbone suspension, and AP Racing brakes with ventilated discs for optimal performance. The car’s aerodynamic design and FIA-compliant safety features, including a carbon crash box, make it both competitive and secure for drivers.
Equipped with advanced electronics like a Motec ECU and data acquisition system, the NP02 offers multiple driving modes and precise control. With 18-inch OZ magnesium wheels and Michelin racing tires, it provides excellent grip and handling. The NP02 is a cost-effective choice for endurance racing, appealing to professional and amateur drivers alike.
