Speed Ventures @ Buttonwillow Raceway Park 13CW 9/16/2023

New car! First trackday with the GR86. Really looking forward to learning rear wheel drive dynamics. Car is basically completely stock except for Powerstop Trackday Spec pads, on stock tires with factory alignment.

I've also been testing out RaceChrono but had a lot of issues making it work consistently, hence the lack of data on this clip. I also forgot to set the exposure on the GoPro, hence the super blown out footage.

Trackday was a ton of fun. The driving characteristics of this car vs. the Mini is crazy different but I'm looking forward to learning. It definitely takes some getting used to feeling the rear end want to come around and rotate on power.
