Whittling down some time in our C8 for 2025. My buddy Andy Voelkel had run a 56.3 something with Gridlife which is a damn impressive time. He's got a quite a bit more power and I have quite a bit more grip, so it's always fun how Limerock favors grip over power. My car will be not hugely impressive at Watkins Glen but it looks good at LRP!

There's a lot that can be improved on this lap driving-wise. This was my first session on the A7s at LRP, so I was just building confidence in the extra grip, so if you're paying attention the lap is a little hamfisted and imprecise. Best theoretical was 55.8. Once we finalize the aero package, my grocery getter will be in the very low 55s or even high 54s, eclipsing my lap ST2 lap record in my C5 racecar. Pretty crazy.
