The third and final race of the second round of the 23/24 BMW Race Driver Series, held at Manfeild Circuit Chris Amon.

This was a fun one. I really only had two goals here: one was to get the jump on Daryl off and line and stay ahead; and if possible, keep David Whitburn behind who had got the better of me in the previous two races. I accomplished the first task but bloody David just nosed ahead of me over the line.

The handicap seemed a bit better calibrated in the this race too and the fast guys took quite a bit longer to catch us at the front. All in all, a pretty good race and finally a decent result for the weekend.

Time to chuck these tyres in the bin and start looking ahead to Hampton Downs in November!
