O Ariel Atom Spec:Race Atom (SRA) é uma versão orientada para pista do Ariel Atom, projetada especificamente para competições e condução de alto desempenho. Construído pela TMI AutoTech no Virginia International Raceway, baseia-se na plataforma do Ariel Atom 3, com aprimoramentos voltados para confiabilidade e segurança em pista. Movido por um motor Honda K24 i-VTEC aspirado de 2,4 litros que entrega 230 hp, conta com transmissão manual de 6 marchas e diferencial de deslizamento limitado. O chassi leve em aço tubular é reforçado com barras de proteção adicionais e travamentos, atendendo aos padrões de corrida e garantindo uma dirigibilidade excepcional.

O SRA vem equipado com componentes específicos para corrida, incluindo bancos de alumínio Kirkey, cintos de segurança de seis pontos, suspensão ajustável e painel digital Race Technology. 2011: In the 2011 model year, the SRA was launched to support the VIR Cup racing series, providing a cost-effective platform for both novice and experienced drivers. It was equipped with a naturally aspirated 2.4-liter Honda K24 i-VTEC engine producing approximately 230 horsepower, paired with a 6-speed manual transmission featuring a limited-slip differential. The car was built on the Atom 3 chassis with additional roll bar structures and bracing to meet racing standards.
2013: In the 2013 model year, the SRA received updates to its suspension and handling with the introduction of adjustable dampers and a custom steering rack for improved driver feedback. The interior was upgraded with Kirkey aluminum racing seats and six-point harnesses to enhance driver safety and comfort.
2015: By the 2015 model year, aerodynamic enhancements were added, including front and rear wings to improve downforce and stability at high speeds. The Race Technology digital dashboard was also upgraded to provide comprehensive data acquisition and telemetry capabilities for drivers and teams.
