The Porsche 991.2 Turbo S is a revitalized version of the original 991, coming in a two-door/rear-engine/all-wheel-drive Coupe layout designed by Michael Mauer and assembled in Stuttgart, Germany, from 2017 onwards. The updated styling o its improved front and rear bumpers make this model more powerful-looking than its famous predecessor while keeping the same racing spirit of the brand. This refreshed model runs with a 3.0L twin-turbocharged flat-six engine that produces a maximum output power of 581 PS at 6750 RPM and 750 Nm of torque, with fuel consumption of 9.1L/100km. Combined with a 7-speed automatic gearbox, the engine of this Turbo S moves it from 0-62 MPH in an impressive 2.9 seconds to reach a 205 Mph top speed.

The Porsche 991.2 Turbo S comes with a price tag near 100K dollars for the high-performance package. It comes out of the factory with Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2245/35/R20 tires at the front and 305/30/R20 on the back, supported by the standard McPherson struts/coil springs suspension. A ventilated discs system with an anti-lock-brake on all 4-wheels provides consistent stopping power in every terrain. 2016: Launch of the 991.2 Turbo S with a 3.8-liter twin-turbocharged flat-six engine producing 580 horsepower and 516 lb-ft of torque, coupled with a 7-speed PDK dual-clutch transmission. The model featured Porsche's active aerodynamics, all-wheel drive, and advanced features like rear-wheel steering, Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM), and active anti-roll bars. It also included the Sport Chrono Package as standard, providing enhanced performance settings.
2017: Minor updates, including the new Porsche Communication Management (PCM) system with a touchscreen interface, improved navigation, and smartphone connectivity. The Sport Chrono Package, with a steering-wheel-mounted mode switch, was included as standard across the Turbo lineup.
2018: Introduction of the 911 Turbo S Exclusive Series, a special edition limited to 500 units, increasing power output to 607 horsepower. The Exclusive Series featured unique styling, including special paint options, lightweight carbon fiber components, bespoke interior finishes, and an upgraded exhaust system.
2019: Final production year for the 991.2 Turbo S, with no significant changes, as Porsche prepared for the transition to the 992-generation 911. The model retained its high-performance features, refined design, and advanced technology.
