The first 50 seconds of the video shows the end of the prior lap closing on SR3 traffic. Unfortunately the beacon was not working, so the video overlay is not showing the lap counter correctly. The lap time achieved is 2:10.549. At the beginning of the fastest lap a pass (at 13:05) is made down front straight, offline & under braking, the resulting incorrect entry and exit from the right hander is a cost of 0.4 seconds. I think with less mistakes and traffic. 2:09 is possible. The previous Monticello lap record was acheived in the large displacement SR8 3.0L .
