The Ferrari 458 Italia is a mid-engine Rear-wheel-drive supercar, acclaimed by many as the most significant mid-engined Ferrari, designed by Donato Coco and constructed in Maranello, Italy. Its unveiling took place at the Frankfurt Motor Show in 2009, and the year models produced went from 2010 to 2013. This two-door roadster features a naturally aspirated V8 cylinder engine with a maximum power of 570 PS (562bhp 419kw) and 540 Nm 398 lb-ft of torque. This powerful engine works with a Getrag 7-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox to get the car from 0-62 MPH in 3.40 seconds, reaching a top speed of 202MPH. The original MSRP price was $288,000, but its current market value is at $197,414, not bad at all for a 10-year vehicle.
This Ferrari 458 Italia has a curb weight of 3270 Lbs and a weight-to-power ratio of 2.6 KG/HP, with combined fuel consumption of 13.3L/100KM. It uses a double-wishbone suspension on both axles, and the stock tires are Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 K1 235/35 R20 on the front and 295/35 R20 on the back. It comes with a ventilated discs brake system (ABS) on its four wheels. Some of the features we find on the 458 also include a taller real spoiler and redesigned bumpers with active aerodynamics. The Ferrari 458 Italia is, in essence, the actual Italian Supercar: a wonderful-looking car with lots of power, excellent handling, impressive speed, and top-notch details all around to make it an experience in itself.
