The Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VI GSR is a four-door, all-wheel-drive development of the acclaimed Evo VI series assembled at the Nagoya plant in Okazaki, Japan, from 1999 to 2001. This Grand Sport Racing model features a 2.0L (1,997 ccs) 4G63 inline-four turbocharged engine delivering a maximum output power of 280 PS (276 HP) and 373 Nm of torque. Its 5-speed manual gearbox boosts this car from 0-60 MPH in 4.40 seconds, accelerating to a top speed of over 150 MPH. This iteration brings several enhancements, such as the Recaro front bucket and rear seat, the power windows, and the double-DIN audio, to make the driving experience even better than before.
The Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VI GSR received a bigger intercooler and a more efficient oil cooler than previous versions.
