Hampton Downs Motorsport Park

The Hampton Downs Motorsports Park is a racing complex located 60 km south of Auckland, New Zealand, running over a hilly patch of land with a state-of-the-art track surface paved in 2009. There are three configurations available in Hampton Downs: the 3.8-km (2.36-mile), 10-turn International Circuit, the 2.68-km (1.67-mile) National Circuit, and the 1.2-km (0.74-mile) Club Circuit. A separate go-karting circuit is also available for motorsport enthusiasts to enjoy track time. The Toyota Racing Series and the Australian GT Championship use the raceway as a staple part of their calendar. The track tends to be wet most of the time, and the weather is ideal for outdoor experiences like racing.

There are seven corners in the National Circuit of the Hampton Downs Motorsports Park, which features a curvy layout full of elevation changes. TheThe start/finish line sits in the fastest segment of the track, right before the 60-degree corner one. Turns two and three go to right and left, leading into a short straight before the tight corner four. Turn five is even more challenging than the previous one and discharges into a long straight before the wide corner six. The sweeper number seven opens the high-speed stretch that ends when racers return to corner one for another lap in this excilarating raceway.
