The McLaren 570S GT4 is a customer racing car developed by McLaren Customer Racing (in partnership with CRS Racing) for global GT4 competition, based on McLaren's Sports Series 570S supercar. The GT4 features McLaren's M838TE twin-turbocharged 3.8-liter V8 engine producing approximately 561 horsepower (de-tuned from road car's output to meet GT4 regulations), paired with a seven-speed seamless shift gearbox (SSG) with paddle shifters. The mid-engine, carbon fiber MonoCell II chassis provides exceptional rigidity and safety while maintaining low weight.
The 570S GT4 includes comprehensive racing modifications: FIA-certified roll cage integrated with MonoCell structure, carbon fiber bodywork with GT4-spec aerodynamics including large adjustable rear wing and front splitter, racing suspension with adjustable dampers and anti-roll bars, limited-slip differential, racing brake system with ABS and GT4-spec calipers, center-lock wheels, and sophisticated data acquisition. Weighing approximately 3,439 pounds per GT4 minimum weight, the car achieves exceptional performance through McLaren's racing expertise and supercar-derived engineering. The 570S GT4 has proven highly successful since introduction, achieving numerous victories and championships globally including British GT Championship, Pirelli World Challenge, European GT4, and various national series. McLaren Customer Racing provides comprehensive support including technical assistance, spare parts programs, and setup data. The 570S GT4 offers teams and drivers genuine supercar performance with McLaren Formula 1-derived technology, carbon fiber construction, and the prestige of racing one of the world's most advanced sports car manufacturers in professional GT4 competition.
