The Chevrolet TA2 Camaro is a purpose-built race car designed for the Trans Am TA2 category, combining high performance with cost-effective competition. It features a tubular frame chassis and is powered by a naturally aspirated 6.2-liter V8 engine producing approximately 450 horsepower. The power is delivered through a 4-speed manual transmission with a solid rear axle for a traditional and robust drivetrain.
The car has a lightweight fiberglass body resembling the road-going Chevrolet Camaro, with aerodynamic enhancements such as a front splitter and rear spoiler.
