2014: The Fiesta ST continued with no major mechanical changes, though Ford offered new color options and minor feature updates, including new available technology in the SYNC infotainment system.
2015: Ford added the ST200 variant in select markets (Europe), which offered an exclusive Storm Grey paint, unique interior styling, and an upgraded 1.6L EcoBoost engine producing 197 hp and 214 lb-ft of torque, with overboost reaching up to 212 hp and 236 lb-ft of torque. This limited-edition model featured shorter gearing for quicker acceleration and a slightly revised suspension for improved handling.
2016: Minor updates were made to the SYNC infotainment system, enhancing connectivity and usability. No major mechanical changes were introduced, but Ford continued to offer new appearance packages and colors for customization.
2018: Ford introduced an updated version of the ST200 in select regions, along with small interior refinements across the lineup, including updated materials and new trim options. This was the final year of production in most markets before Ford transitioned to the Mk8 generation.
2019: The Mk7 Fiesta ST continued unchanged for a limited run in specific markets as Ford phased out production, focusing on the launch of the Mk8 Fiesta ST.
