O Lexus IS F, produzido de 2008 a 2014, é a variante de alto desempenho do sedã Lexus IS e marca a primeira incursão da Lexus no mercado de sedãs esportivos sob a marca "F". Ele conta com um motor V8 aspirado naturalmente de 5.0 litros que produz 416 cavalos de potência e 371 lb-ft de torque, associado a uma transmissão automática Sport Direct Shift de 8 velocidades. O IS F acelera de 0 a 60 mph em 4,6 segundos e atinge uma velocidade máxima de 170 mph.
Seu design agressivo inclui uma altura reduzida, quatro ponteiras de escape e entradas de ar maiores, diferenciando-o dos modelos IS padrão. As melhorias de desempenho englobam uma suspensão mais rígida, freios Brembo e um diferencial de deslizamento limitado (introduzido em 2010) para melhor dirigibilidade.
