The Volkswagen Golf R Mk6, produced from 2009 to 2013, is the high-performance variant of the sixth-generation Golf, designed as the flagship of the lineup. It is powered by a 2.0-liter turbocharged inline-four engine producing 267 horsepower and 258 lb-ft of torque, paired with a 6-speed manual transmission or an optional 6-speed DSG automatic.
