The Audi R8 V10 Type 4S, also known as the second-generation R8, debuted in 2015 and remains in production (with updates) as of recent model years. This model is powered by a naturally aspirated 5.2L V10 engine, shared with the Lamborghini Huracán, delivering power outputs that initially ranged from around 540 hp to 610 hp in the "V10 Plus" variant. The Type 4S features Audi's Quattro all-wheel-drive system (with some models offering a rear-wheel-drive variant), a 7-speed dual-clutch S-Tronic transmission, and an advanced aluminum and carbon-fiber structure, making it lighter and more agile than the previous generation.
