The Chevrolet Camaro5 SS 1LE is a powerful modern-classic pony car, the sixth generation of the Camaro series, designed by Hwasup Lee and assembled at Lansing Grand River from 2010 to 2017. It has a front-engine, rear-wheel-drive layout powered by a 6.2 LT1 V8 engine delivering a maximum output of 455 Hp. The 1LE reaches a top speed of 183 Mph and goes from 0-60 Mph in 3.5 seconds, hitting the ground with 285/30ZR20 – 305/30ZR20 Goodyear Eagle F1 Supercar tires setup on 20-inch satin graphite forged-aluminum wheels. A high-tech 6-speed Active rev-matching manual transmission comes from stock in this Camaro.
The improvements brought by the 1LE package carry on with the Camaro's legacy of street dominance and track performance. Its current market value revolves around $26,500. Some of the impressive features of this version are the Recaro performance seats and the three-piece mounted blade-style spoiler. As a display of American muscle cars' typical aggressive, masculine design, this one comes with black mirrors and a front splitter straight from the factory. The Chevrolet Camaro5 SS 1LE has a dual exhaust combined with 4-driving modes to produce the distinctive sound of a tough racecar going full speed. A high-performance suspension, magnetic ride control, and a much improved Brembo brake system enhance driving safety on challenging roads.
