The Chevrolet Camaro Z28 (5th generation) is a high-performance variant introduced for the 2014 model year, focusing on track capability. It features a naturally aspirated 7.0-liter LS7 V8 engine, producing 505 horsepower and 481 lb-ft of torque. Unlike other Camaro models, the Z28 is built with a lightweight, track-oriented design, including a stripped-down interior, carbon-ceramic brakes, a functional aerodynamics package, and a Tremec 6-speed manual transmission. Its handling is enhanced by Multimatic DSSV dampers, designed for precision on the track, making the Camaro Z28 one of the most aggressive and capable track-focused Camaros of its time.
