The Chevrolet Camaro6 ZL1 is an American two-door, two-seater pony car produced in Romulus, Michigan, from 2015 to 2023. As is traditional among Camaros, it features a front-engine, rear-wheel-drive layout. This muscle car comes with a supercharged V8 6.2 L engine with a direct injection delivering 640 horsepower and 650lb-ft of torque. It comes with a standard 6-speed manual gearbox or 10-speed automatic transmission as an option. A whopping top speed of 198 mph and a 0-62 mph acceleration time under 4 seconds are music to the eyes of track fans. The fuel consumption of this ZL1 is 13 mpg city and 21 highway with the automatic transmission.
This Camaro features luxurious interior materials, making it the racetrack-muscle car king. The tires included for the Chevrolet Camaro6 ZL1 are Michelin Pilot sports cup 285/30ZR20 on front and 305/30ZR20 on the rear. It comes with a ventilated discs brake system on all four wheels, McPherson strut dual lower ball, a stabilizer bar with magnetic ride control suspension on the front, and an independent five-link on the rear. The car is quickly shifting, accelerates fast, and is precise in steering. This ZL1 version has a curb weight of 3944 lbs. Its affordable $20K price tag is less than half of what you would pay for a foreign car with similar stats. That's one of the reasons why it is so prevalent in the American high-performance vehicle scene.
