The Ferrari 488 GTB is a new classic sports car from the Cavallino Rampante designed by Flavio Manzoni and assembled in Maranello, Italy, from 2015 to 2020. This two-door/front-mid-engine/rear-wheel-drive runs with a 3902 cc twin-turbocharged V8 engine, producing a maximum power of 670 PS. Combined with a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic Getrag gearbox, this high-tech engine can take this car from 0-60 Mph in a scant 2.9 seconds, reaching a top speed as high as 208 Mph. A space-age feature of this exciting-to-drive roadster is the turbine wheels of low-density TIAI alloy, often used in jet engines and employed in the 488 to resist high temperatures within the turbocharger.
