Highlands Motorsport Park Full Couse CW

The Highlands Motorsports Park is a 2.55-mile (4.1-km), 22-turn road course in Cromwell, New Zealand, 45-min away from Queenstown, the self-designated adventure capital of the world, because of its multiple tourist attractions focused on outdoor activities like waterskiing, snowboarding, and of course, car and motorcycle racing. The climate in Cromwell is temperate, with cool summers, mild winters, and regular precipitations spread throughout the year. The disposition of the Highlands Motorsports Park raceway resembles a number eight when seen from above, with an overpass between turns 16 and 17. Events like the Highlands 101, the Toyota Racing Series, and the V8SuperTourer, among others, use the venue from time to time. 

The circuit runs clockwise and starts on the northern side, near the sweeping turn number one. Racers go at full speed until the chicane formed by turns two, three, four, and five regulates their velocity. The corner number six is a wide right-hander, leading into a short straight before turn eight. A short straightaway passes under the bridge, and after turn ten, three sweepers allow drivers to gain momentum before hitting the tight-angle turn 14. The long straight between 14 and 15 gives way to the overpass between 16 and 17. Finally, the circuit finishes after a six-corner combo featuring two left-handers and four right-handers taking racers into the final stretch.
