O BMW M4 F82 é um coupé de duas portas com um design mais agressivo do que seus antecessores. Utiliza uma configuração de tração traseira com uma caixa manual de 6 velocidades. Está equipado com um motor a gasolina twin-power turbo, intercooler, 3.0 L 6MT, com potência máxima de 431hp a 5500rpm e torque de 406lb-ft/550nm entre 1850-5500rpm. Este motor de última geração permite que o M4 F82 alcance uma velocidade máxima de 155mph (249km/h), acelerando de 0 a 62mph em 4,3 segundos.
O BMW M4 F82 nunca foi barato, com um preço inicial sugerido próximo a $70.000. Fãs de automobilismo e entusiastas de carros esportivos ao redor do mundo têm se fascinado por esta avançada peça de tecnologia automotiva desde seu lançamento em 2014. O M4 F82 vem equipado com pneus Michelin Pilot Super Sport 255/40 ZR18 na dianteira e 275/40 ZR18 na traseira, sistema de freios a disco ventilados nas quatro rodas e suspensão independente com molas na frente e multi-link independente na traseira. Diversos elementos aerodinâmicos, como o spoiler traseiro na tampa do porta-malas e os quatro escapamentos, conferem um visual ainda mais agressivo. A fibra de carbono utilizada tanto no exterior quanto no interior reduziu significativamente o peso do carro, que é de apenas 3300 lbs.
