Das streckenorientierte Federungssystem des Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS verfügt über eine McPherson-Front-/Hinterachse mit Leichtbaufedern und Stabilisator, was ein geschmeidiges, erstklassiges Fahrerlebnis bietet. Es verwendet Monobloc-Festsattel-Bremsen, belüftete Scheiben mit ABS und eine elektrisch gesteuerte Parkbremse für Bremsunterstützung. Der Innenraum dieses Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS verfügt über Kohlefaser-Schalensitze mit sportlichen Edelstahlpedalen, Porsche-Seitenaufprallschutz in den Türen und automatische Dreipunkt-Sicherheitsgurte.
