Esta versão é um projeto de Tom Peters, em produção desde 2019 na fábrica de montagem de Bowling Green, em Kentucky, Estados Unidos. Ele é equipado com um motor V8 naturalmente aspirado de 6,2L, com potência de 490 HP a 6450 rpm e torque de 465 lb-ft a 5150 rpm. Este motor potente acelera de 0 a 60 MPH em apenas 2,9 segundos, atingindo uma velocidade máxima de 184 MPH. O Corvette C8 Stingray Z51 apresenta um layout de motor central traseiro com tração traseira e transmissão automatizada de dupla embreagem de 8 velocidades. Uma melhoria específica do pacote Z51 é o terceiro radiador, adicionado para fornecer resfriamento extra ao motor e ao óleo da transmissão.
