L'Alfa Romeo 4C est un coupé sportif deux portes à moteur central arrière produit par le célèbre constructeur italien Alfa Romeo, dévoilé lors du Salon de Genève 2013 sur un design de Marco Tencone et assemblé à Modène, en Italie, de 2013 à 2020. Ce coupé italien haut de gamme s'élance sur routes et circuits grâce à un moteur quatre cylindres en ligne turbo de 1,75 L DOHC entièrement en aluminium. La puissance maximale de ce moteur est de 237 ch à 6000 tr/min, associé à une transmission Alfa TCT à double embrayage sec et six rapports, permettant au véhicule d’abattre le 0-60 MPH en seulement 4,3 secondes et d’atteindre une vitesse maximale de 161 MPH. La 4C s’appuie sur un châssis en fibre de carbone ingénieux et un système de direction précis et robuste pour offrir un contrôle optimal à pleine vitesse, avec un poids à vide ultra-léger de 1973 lb au total.
L’attrait principal de l’Alfa Romeo 4C réside dans la sensation exaltante de piloter une supercar sauvage et sans compromis, conçue pour garantir des performances maximales tout en conservant un équilibre global. Elle sort d’usine chaussée de pneus Pirelli P-Zero 205/45R17 à l’avant et 235/40R18 à l’arrière, soutenue par une suspension à double triangulation et McPherson, ainsi qu’un système de freinage à disques ventilés avec ABS, offrant une sécurité accrue quelles que soient les conditions météorologiques. L’Alfa Romeo 4C affiche aujourd’hui un prix de 53 000 $, un investissement pleinement justifié, car chaque trajet se transforme en une aventure mémorable.
